Außerdem wäre es eine Gelegenheit, Antonio Ihre Wertschätzung für den erstaunlichen Honig auszudrücken, den er und seine Bienen für uns produziert haben.
Seit über 10 Jahren beziehen wir Honig von Antonio Simon. Er war unser erster Bio-Imker.
(Hier ist er mit Carmen, kein tolles Foto, aber das einzige, das ich habe. Das war vor ein paar Jahren an einem eiskalten Novembertag auf einer Bio-Messe in Madrid.)
Antonio ist ein Pionier der ökologischen Imkerei in Spanien, ein echter Experte, dem die Bienen und die Qualität seines Honigs sehr am Herzen liegen. Ich kenne keinen anderen Imker, der eine so große Auswahl an Bio-Honig produziert und so viel Liebe zum Detail hat.
Darüber hinaus ist er ein liebenswerter Kerl, wirklich nett und rücksichtsvoll - und sehr hilfsbereit.
Im Moment hat er seinen Schwiegersohn Ruben ins Geschäft geholt, vermutlich mit dem Plan, ihn irgendwann zu übergeben.

Ich habe vor Kurzem in seinem Büro angerufen und mir wurde gesagt, dass er auf Hochzeitsreise sei – er und seine Partnerin Carmen hätten nur geheiratet.
Viele unserer Kunden kennen und lieben Antonios Honig und ich dachte, es wäre wirklich schön, wenn wir ihm und Carmen eine Glückwunschkarte schicken würden - und ihm auch unsere Dankbarkeit für seinen Honig ausdrücken würden.
Würden Sie Antonio und Carmen eine Nachricht schreiben? Wir werden alle Nachrichten ausdrucken und sie in eine Karte packen, die wir ihnen zusammen mit einem Geschenk schicken werden.
