PRICES
All honey orders are invoiced at prices correct at the date and time of despatch.
DELIVERY
We will make every effort to meet our delivery time targets for honey orders but, unless agreed in writing, cannot guarantee to be within those times.
CLAIMS AGAINST CARRIERS
The Company will not be responsible for any delay occasioned by the dispatch agents after the honey leaves The Raw Honey Shop's warehouse. Any damage or errors must be notified in writing within three days of receipt of goods.
NO CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES WILL BE CONSIDERED IF THE GOODS HAVE BEEN SIGNED FOR AS IN GOOD CONDITION.
OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
Until honey and other goods have been paid for in full, they remain the property of The Magic of Spain (trading as The Raw Honey Shop).
DEFECTS AND GUARANTEE
No claims for faulty goods will be entertained if the goods have been modified after leaving The Magic of Spain (trading as The Raw Honey Shop).
RETURNS & REFUNDS - Cooling Off Period
The Distance Selling Regulations give customers a 7-day "cooling off" period, but The Raw Honey Shop will give refunds and replacements up to 90 days after the order date. During this period, you may cancel your order, and The Raw Honey Shop will reimburse you within 90 days for the full cost of the honey or goods ordered.
If you have received the honey or goods (or they have been despatched to you), then you have a duty to take "reasonable care" of them so that they may be re-sold as new. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

CANCELLED ORDERS
Honey orders will only be considered cancelled if a request is received before the goods are dispatched.
Text Marketing and Notifications
By entering your phone number at checkout, subscribing via a form, or using a keyword, you agree to receive transactional and marketing text messages from The Raw Honey Shop. These may include:
- Order notifications (e.g., order confirmation, shipping updates, abandoned cart reminders).
- Marketing messages (e.g., promotions, offers, and special updates).
Text marketing messages will not exceed 10 per month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of any purchase.
How to Opt Out
If you wish to unsubscribe, you can:
- Reply with STOP to any message received from us.
- Click the unsubscribe link (if available in the message).
- Email us at info@therawhoneyshop.com, and we will opt you out.
⚠️ Alternative opt-out requests (e.g., using other words or phrases) will not be considered valid.
Message & Data Charges
We do not charge for this Service, but standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile provider’s terms.
Updating Your Mobile Number
If you change your mobile number, you must resubscribe with your new number. We are not responsible for undelivered messages due to outdated information.
