This Raw Greek Sidr comes from beekeeper Asterios who has his hives in the dense forests of Northern Greece close to border with Turkey. It is one of those places that pulsates with life. It is full of Sidr trees. You will find many wild animals & insects in this forest - an indication of the pure untouched environment that the honey comes from. This is a very pure Sidr with a rich, herbal sweet taste, with slight vanilla notes.

About the beekeeper: Asterios is lucky to live in a very remote place in eastern Greece - surrounded by forest, wild scrubland and mountains. He takes his bees to these wild places where they produce types of honey, like Sidr. He works with his bees and nature with the aim of producing the best quality honey possible. For Asterios beekeeping is an art and the result is both amazing honey and happy bees.
