What our Customers Say

Thyme honey has a distinctive strong flavour; you can almost taste the thyme oils in it.... I have been growing up with various types of honey as my granddad is a beekeeper, but never experienced thyme honey. It is amazing really! Lucia

The whole family enjoy the thyme honey, it has a thick consistency and lovely amber colour with a bonus of the odd few pieces of honeycomb from the hive, which my 9-year-old absolutely loves. The fact that it is raw and pure makes it even better as we found that treated honeys all taste the same. The thyme honey is amazing used in avocado chocolate mousse recipes and lovely in a lemon and apple cider vinegar drink that we take each morning. Jayne
