Raw Organic Spring Pine Honey : This is a beautiful Pine honey from the Greek island of Thasos which is known for producing some of the best Pine honey in the world. Unusually this was produced in the Spring, normally the weather conditions are only right in the autumn for Pine. This has a wonderful taste with notes of anis as well as creamy caramel, like the caramel you get in a caramel slice. It has a long lingering finish - the sign of a premium honey.
