Menelaos Raw Greek Spring Forest Blossom Honey: The bees of Menelaos (Asterios' friend) make a beautiful blossom honey from the flowers of Sidr Trees, Acacia, Trefoil and many other herbs and flowers that grow in the forest clearings.
Where does the honey come from? To produce this honey the bees work in the forest in the area of Evros, Greece. This forest wilderness is a very important place for wildlife - with rare flowers and birdlife. Perfect for bees.
Who produces the honey? Asterios is one of the most genuine people you could ever meet. His aim is always to present to us the highest quality honey possible. He is lucky enough to have an amazing network of fellow artisan Greek beekeepers. This honey is bought to you by one such beekeeper, called Menelaos. For Asterios and Menelaos beekeeping is an art and they produce amazing honey and happy bees.
