Vicky and Dimitris' bees work the trees and plants in a Natura 2000 reserve in the area of Mount Holomontas in Chalkidiki. It is a forested reserve, a very pure and wild area, with soil and climate that enables the bees to produce very special honeys - with a depth and intensity of flavour that you only find in the very best honeys. Organic beekeepers Vicky & Dimitris believe that honey in the jar should be as it was in the hives.
