You can not only notice how pure the honey is by its taste, state (raw honey always sets at some point, floral honeys will do quicker than the darker ones) but we trust our beekeepers who all have their honey certified by their country’s soil association. We also come down to visit our beekeepers on a regular basis and soon we will be posting more of their work and how they produce the raw honey: not pasteurised or heated at high temperatures, plus you will find traces of pollen, propolis and royal jelly in the raw honey which completely normal. Hope this helps Antonio! :)
