I've just arrived in Greece. Was met at Athens airport last night by Asterios. He's our man on the ground in Greece. Apart from being a beekeeper himself he has a network of artisan Greek beekeepers, mainly organic. These are men and women who produce the most incredible artisan honeys.
Asterios is going to take me to meet some of these beekeepers so you can see the people and places behind the honey you buy. Here's a quick video I recorded today about my plans.
